DiRT Rally for PC is a car racing video game that simulates rally driving. It is a comprehensive game with a large choice of cars, routes and even distances to choose between. About the Game The game begins far from any road or track as you choose and customise your car. There are seventeen vehicles to choose from initially, going up dramatically to high double figures with models from three decades, various classes and sixteen manufacturers, once you have included all the add-ons and expansion packs. Once chosen, you can spend a fair amount of time and effort improving your choice and designing the perfect rally car of your dreams, with up to ten choices of livery per car. Each vehicle handles slightly differently – not enough for play to become frustrating or tricky, but enough that you will have fun picking the perfect driving ‘feel’ for your ideal rally car. Unlike previous driving games released by the same creators, this game has an entirely new, built from scratch physics engine to provide a realistic and fun, yet moderately challenging drive. Drive Carefully! You must try to look after your vehicle in this game because, as tough as rally cars can be, this game has incorporated all the issues and problems that come with real life rallying! This means that your radiator will overheat, exploding dramatically into a cloud of steam if you are not careful to keep an eye on it. Punctures and blow outs happen on poor roads and with rough driving, leaving you eating your opponent’s dust and regretting that over enthusiastic cornering!
